From Antananarivo to Antsirabe via « Tsiribihina river – the Kirindy reserve - the baobabs path » of Morondava.

A quiet journey down the large Tsiribihina river, cruising gently by the greenish banks of the river.

DAY 1: ANTANANARIVO - ANTSIRABE
Leaving Antananarivo to Antsirabe by the highlands road. Visit of the market and discovering the workshop of a precious stone cutter.
Night at Residence Camelia - half board.
DAY 2: ANTSIRABE - MIANDRIVAZO
Visit of the lakes region all around the city.
heading west to Miandrivazo, starting point of the river cruise. Visiting the city and sunset on the river.
DAY 3 and DAY 4: Cruising down the TSIRIBIHINA river
You will cruise on a fully equipped large houseboat, down the river, through gorges, hilly mountains, you will meet lemurs and enjoy swimming in natural pools and have a shower under little cascades. On the third day the landscape turns to wide spaces with baobabs and flamboyant trees here and there, picnic on a sandbank by the forest. Then the boat arrives in traditional villages, in the evening songs and dances in honour of guests.
DAY 5 : BELO / TSIRIBIHINA – MORONDAVA
The cruise goes on, you will stop by a charming little village with baobabs. Road transfer Morondava, you will enjoy the sunset on the baobab path. Accomodation by the sea and beach.
End of stay.

1° Addional day at Morondava.
2° Boat transfer to the charming fishermen village of Belo, 80 km south.
3° Flight to Antananarivo.
