Our
rates are from january 1rst 2007 to december 31th 2007 and can be
subject to changes accordingly to our providers rates (hotels, fuel ...)
Booking and payment terms
A 30% deposit is required at booking time.If the booking happens to be
less from 30 days from the beggining of the stay or tour, all fares are
to be paid in advance.
All payments are to be done by bank transfers.If a deposit have been
allready made, the 70% left have to be paid 30 days before travelling.

It is compulsory that our clients travel under their own liability insurance including repatriation insurance.
Madabrousse is covered by its own professional liability insurance for tour operators.
